Monthly Restorative Yoga Classes

During a restorative yoga practice we rest into postures and try to achieve the highest level of comfort whilst doing so by supporting the body using yoga props such as belts, blocks, bolsters and eye pillows!

One of the main benefits of resting into stillness in this way, it helps shift the nervous system out of the fight and flight response, by activating the soothing response in the body. A restorative yoga practice is very simple and enjoyable way to help keep stress levels in check!

No previous experience needed, all props provided!
