About Me

I had been practicing yoga for many years before I decided to take my teacher training in Canada back in 2012. I've been teaching yoga now since 2014!

My training is based in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Vipassana meditation. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many wonderful teachers over the years, some here on our own soil, and some further a field, which has created a diverse framework that I base my classes on.

My classes are a slow seamless flow, weaved together through the integration of mindful movement, detailed alignment cues, and pranayama breathwork!

My love for health and wellness, mind and body continues to grow, I engage in many different forms of self care from yoga, meditation, mindfulness, dance, sea swimming, I spend lots of quiet time alone in nature (my first love!) I love all things holistic really!

Yoga for me has been a great journey of self exploration, inspiration and healing, this is why I keep treading the path and hope I can share some of the benefits of the practice through my teachings. The journey continues………….

“We need the tonic of wildness, at the same time that we are earnest to explore and learn all things, we require that all things be mysterious and unexplorable and the land and sea be indefinitely wild, unsurveyed and unfathomed by us because unfathomable, we can never have enough of nature”

— Henry David Thoreau
